Yes we provide a full installation service.

This would all depend on the location, quantity and product.

We stock some but not all products on our website. Orders are placed individually once the item is selected by the customer.

Depending on availability from the supplier – generally a maximum of two weeks.

Yes, we will call you once its delivered to the store and provided were not fitting the product you can collect it.

You can return left over flooring provided it’s a stock item and that it is in its original unopened packaging.

Yes, you can place an order over the phone. As with all confirmed orders, it’s necessary to get a 50% deposit at this stage.

No it is not recommended to do this. Old laminate flooring should be removed and floor prepared as necessary.

Yes you should invest in new carpet underlay it aids comfort underfoot and really helps maintain your new carpet.

A levelling compound is used to balance uneven areas in the installation sub-layer. Only once the sub-layer and the levelling compounds have dried/hardened can the installation of the flooring begin.
